Video Tech Rep is mobile video conferencing system with flexible camera placements. Its low cost and features make it very effective for providing remote technical support via video. It allows a technical expert at a central location to visually see a problem at a remote location and guide a person there through repairs, servicing, or any other operations required. Diagrams and sketches can be shared real-time between both parties to assure clear instructions. This provides superior customer support, reduces process down time, and service call travel costs. It can also be used for training, veiwing mechandise, and placing purchase orders for parts via electronic signatures. It is realiable, easy to use requiring little to no training, and simple to install. |

At Remote Location with Video Tech Rep.
![]() This picture shows one of many possible ways Video Tech Rep can be used. Here a technician is being guided through troubleshooting and repair by an expert at a remote location providing tech support (seen to the right). The mobile camera on the tripod sends live video about the hardware being worked on to the expert at the tech support location. The expert relays instructions to the technician via the headset worn by the technician seen above. The cart near the technician with the monitor on it, can be used to show diagrams and sketches sent live from the expert at the tech support location if need be. |

![]() Above shows what the expert a the tech support site can see on their monitor. The monitor shows video from the Remote Video Tech Rep site (seen to the left). In this case a close-up of the hardware the remote technician is working on. The expert can ask the technician to move the camera about to see and check other things, such as the data on a computer screen. He can even see the technicians hands and guide them with appropriate instructions. |

He can also draw a sketch for the technician at the remote site via the white board shown on the right side of the monitor above. |

![]() With your company name on the screen, this is what the opening screen of Video Tech Rep looks like. To create a technical support session, the user needs only touch or click on the screen once to setup a meeting. The rest is remote controlled by the technical support person at the other end. The end user interface is quite simple to use. |
